I’m betting on a SERIOUS mental breakdown when she loses, and she will……….. but I don’t think McCain can beat Obama. By November, Wright’s 15 minutes will not only be up, but he will have been totally forgotten. John Q. Public can barely remember who won the last season of American Idol, and he cares DEEPLY about that, or did at the time. I see Obama winning in November, and America reliving the latter half of the 1970’s all over again. Only this time, we will have no bootstraps to pull our fat selves up by………. we sold those sturdy boots to some guy doing lawn care from South of the Rio Grande, so we could buy that lastpair of shiny new plastic flip flops from China…………

You know, this could have been a really cracking election year. Now it’s just kinda sad. I’ve got this queasy feeling that it’s going to be a shoo-in for Colonel Tigh, and mainly because Hills would rather embrace glorious defeat, and Obama’s ex-minister is just loving his fifteen minutes.

Which, to my mind, is exactly the sort of shite that the election for the biggest chair on the planet is not supposed to be about. Bad cess to it, anyway.

The old broad is all out of cash. She had her assets listed at around $11 million and if I am not mistaken she dumped in $5 million a while back. Part of the most recent “loan” was from Bill - about $500k. She is going to be broke and a loser. Now she really won’t divorce good ole Bill because he has the cash.

I don’t see how her victory in Indiana was Pyrrhic, I always thought it meant winning a battle that costs you the war, if she doesn’t win then she’s done for, so what should she do?

Anyway, I don’t see anything bad with her spending her own money on her campaign, politicians usually just beg others for it while selling out in the process. You would be right in criticizing her for not spending any of her money to fix the ills she wants to fix with the public trough but that criticism would be accurate of every politician I can think of.
